Simon’s Coffee Shop served its final customers at at 1736 Massachusetts Ave. on Monday, but that doesn’t mean the business is gone while its building is rebuilt.

After four years in Somerville, Tyler Akabane’s Mushroom Shop moves this year to East Cambridge, to where the Courthouse Fish Market operated for 112 years.
