The Independent’s ninth locally themed puzzle – they come every other Saturday courtesy of local creator Daniel Mangoubi – honors Massachusetts governors and elections (because it refers to the “lone walk” the politicians take to leave their office).

Mangoubi creates through a free platform called Crosshare, often with clues meaningful only to people who know our cities.
